Eric earned in Bachelor’s degree in Finance from San Diego State University. He is a Certified Mortgage Planner, CA Real Estate Broker, Strategic Equity Faculty Member certifying Mortgage Originators for CMP designation, and an industry recognized speaker and author.

Eric is proud to support community organizations such as the La Jolla Kiwanis where he received the Distinguished Service Award and Chaired the Junior Olympics. He is also a leader at Grace Point Church and the founder and leader of JH Ranch Outback America group in San Diego.
